The carrier for your order depends on the brand you’ve purchased. We have contracts with trusted couriers such as PostNL, DPD, GLS, TransMission, UPS, and DHL. You will receive an email in the evening once your order has been packed and shipped. This email will also include a tracking number that you can use to follow the status of your shipment (only applicable for parcel shipments). Please ensure that you provide a regular street address rather than a P.O. box, as incorrect address information may cause delays. If there’s an issue with your address, we will contact you to request an updated valid residential or business address.
Delivery Times and Shipping Information
Our couriers will typically provide an estimated delivery window for your order, but please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary. Delays can occur due to factors such as extreme weather or customs processing, and we cannot be held liable for any delays caused by these circumstances.
When you place an order for multiple items, we will do our best to ship everything together, if possible. The delivery time for your entire order will be based on the item with the longest lead time. If you prefer to receive your items separately, please specify this during checkout or contact our customer service team for assistance.

- For business orders in the Netherlands over €150 (excluding VAT), shipping is free of charge.
- For individual orders in the Netherlands over €181.50 (including VAT), shipping is free of charge.
