Kan ik een beschadigde verpakking retouren?
Als de verpakking van het artikel beschadigd is kunnen wij het artikel helaas niet retour aannemen. Bijv. een gescheurde verpakking (die niet netjes aan de lijmstrip is opengemaakt), artikel zonder de bijbehorende kaartjes, een gescheurde doos of een met pen/stift/potloot/etc. beschreven doos. Let op, gebruik ook geen tape om de verpakking dicht te plakken. Gebruik altijd een omdoos die u met tape afplakt.
