How do I return a product?

With us, you have the option to return the wrongly ordered product within 14 days. Follow the steps below to return an item:

Go to our website and scroll down.
You will find the ‘Return’ option at the bottom of the page. Click on it.
You will be redirected to the return form on our website.
First carefully read the information on the returns page (step 1).
Then enter your order number, order date and postcode of the delivery address (step 2).

Please note that all fields are mandatory.

After completing these details, you will be redirected to the ‘My orders’ page.
Select the item(s) you wish to return (step 3).
Click on ‘Product returns?’ and specify the number of items (step 4).
Finally, click on ‘Continue’ (step 5).

After you have completed these steps, you have registered your return online. You will receive a return form by e-mail.

If you put your package in the post before 4pm, we will process your return within three working days (counting from the day of receipt at our warehouse).
