How do I exchange a product?

It is not possible to exchange products at WorkWear4All, but it is possible to return your products within 14 days. You can do this in the following way:

Make sure you return the item in good condition, including all its accessories.
Go to our website and scroll down.
At the bottom of the page you will find the ‘Return’ option. Click on this.
You will be redirected to the return form on our website.
First carefully read the information on the returns page (step 1).
Then enter your order number, order date and postcode of the delivery address (step 2).

Please note that all fields are mandatory.

After completing these details, you will be redirected to the ‘My orders’ page.
Select the item(s) you wish to return (step 3).
Click on ‘Product returns?’ and specify the number of items (step 4).
Finally, click ‘Continue’ (step 5).

After you have completed these steps, you have registered your return online. You will receive a return form by e-mail.
