Can I return a damaged package?
If the item's packaging is damaged, we unfortunately cannot take the item back. This applies, for example, to a torn packaging that has not been opened neatly at the glue strip, an item without its accompanying cards, a torn box or one that has been written on with a pen, marker, pencil, etc.
Note: Do not use tape to seal the packaging either. Always use a wrap-around box that you seal with tape.
It is important that the item is returned in its original condition and undamaged packaging so that we can guarantee its quality and saleability. If the packaging is damaged, we recommend that you contact us to discuss the problem and find possible solutions.
